Cui Xinjian is the independent non-executive Director of the Company the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and the member of the Strategy Committee, the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Board. Mr. Cui graduated from the Central University of Finance and Economics with a Ph.D. degree in Economics. Mr. Cui currently serves as a professor, doctoral supervisor and member of the Academic Committee, and the Director of the International Business Research Center (國際企業 研究中心) at the School of Business of the Central University of Finance and Economics. He also serves as the Vice President of the Chinese Institute of Business Administration, a member of the National Enterprise Management Modernization and Innovations Certification Committee (全國企業管理現代化 創新成果審定委員會) and an external director of Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd. In 2023, he was appointed as a counselor to the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality. From 2003 to 2016, Mr. Cui served as the Associate Dean of the School of Business of Central University of Finance and Economics. Mr. Cui was appointed as the independent non-executive director of the Company in June 2024.
