On March 3, chaired by President Zhao Huxiang, SINOTRANS Executive Meeting was held in Jinyun Building in Beijing. Meng Fan, Deputy Director of 2nd Bureau of Enterprise Leaders Administration of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC), delivered an important speech and underlined the significance of evaluation, as well as the importance of recommendation and assessment of candidates for Group’s first members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and of the reserves for the leading body of the enterprise.

At the meeting, President Zhao Huxiang and Secretary Liu Xihan made reports on their work on behalf of the Group's team in charge of management and the Party committee leadership respectively. Secretary Liu Xihan put forward specific requirements for evaluation on behalf of the Group. Participants filled out the Form for Comprehensive Evaluation of Leading Body and Leading Members of the Group and made recommendation of the candidates for Group’s first members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and of the reserves for the leading body of the enterprise. Group director, members of leading body, cadres at (above) the deputy post level from all departments and offices, chief leading cadres responsible for the Party and business administration of secondary units, and staff representatives, a total of 115 persons, attended the meeting.

Meanwhile, the members of the SASAC comprehensive evaluation team carried out individual talks with Group middle-ranking cadres at (above) principal level and some of the staff representatives and extensively solicited their recommendation opinions on the candidates for Group's leading body, leading members, and members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and on the reserves for the leading body of the enterprise.
