On July 22, the regular meeting of the third quarter of SINOTRANS & CSC Production Safety Committee was held in Beijing, which was chaired by Zhao Huxiang, Group President and Director of the Production Safety Committee.

At the meeting, the spirit of the meeting of the Ministry of Transport on the safety work of national large traffic and transportation enterprises in 2010 was conveyed, the safety management of the Group in the second half was made arrangements, and the SINOTRANS & CSC Comprehensive Emergency Plan was approved.

Zhao Huxiang highly appreciated the achievements made by SINOTRANS & CSC Production Safety Committee in the first half, analyzed and defined the harsh situation faced by safety management and the objectives of which in the second half, demanded to convey and implement the spirit of the meeting of the Ministry of Transport on the safety work of national large traffic and transportation enterprises in 2010, to pay great attention to safety management, to strengthen leadership responsibility, to improve staff quality, and to implement various systems, and also stressed to intensify efforts in anti-piracy operation, management of water transportation, and management of road transportation safety, and to take effective measures to prevent accidents.

Liu Xihan, Secretary of Party Committee and Deputy Director of Production Safety Committee, and all members of the Committee attended the meeting.
