From January 25 to 27, a delegation led by Sinotrans vice president Huang Bilie met Jiang Liang and Dai Haibo, head and deputy head respectively of the people’s government of Shanghai Pudong New Area; Fan Yongjin, deputy director of Shanghai Municipal Financial Services Office; Zhu Jianhua, deputy director of Shanghai Municipal Transport and Port Authority; etc. Mr. Huang exchanged notes with the officials on the overall conception, policies and measures, as well as the latest developments regarding the construction of the International Shipping Center and the International Financial Center. They also held discussions over the relevant preferential policies for centrally-owned shipping and logistics enterprises carrying out business in Shanghai, and over the prospects of their cooperation with the local government.
